Serve food to families in need in collaboration with St. Paul United Methodist Church.

TASKS

• Attend serving days at St. Paul United Methodist Church in downtown Sykesville.

• Sort and serve pantry items to families.

• Pick up prepaid grocery items in advance, as needed.

SERVING TIMES

• Second and Fourth Saturday of the month.

• 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Create a welcoming and worship-ready environment each Sunday by arriving early to prepare the service with excellence and efficiency.

TASKS

• Unload equipment from closets.

• Set up equipment for service (sound, cables for speakers, drums, etc.)

• Set up chairs and curtains.

• Tear down, i.e., everything for set up, but in reverse. ;)

PREREQS

• Ability to lift 20lbs+ is helpful.

SERVING TIMES
Must serve twice a month.

• Set up: arrive by 7 am Sunday mornings. 

• Tear down: staying after last service, usually until 12:30 pm.

TASKS

• Practice and perform on Sunday mornings.

• Skilled instrumental or vocal ability.

• In-person audition.

• A heart for worship.

Create a space where God’s Word can be experienced in a meaningful way through sound, visuals, and media.

TASKS

• Monitor audio levels.

• Advance slides for the message and worship.
